

New Story Chap 1Duncan woke up on a pile of straw bales. He quickly lifted his head to take a look around the room, hand raising instinctively to sweep his dark brown hair from his eyes. He rubbed the back of his head and found a small aching lump. He sighed as he realised: while herding his sheep he had slipped and bashed his head quite hard. In all his nineteen years he'd never messed up that bad... He was in a small hut made of thin interwoven branches of a wood he didn't recognise, packed with straw and a little mud. Then, of course, theres the fun bit where Im almost always all by my lonesome when Im hunting, and theyre almost always in groups.
